Purchasing Policies FAQ
General Information
What Payment Options do you offer?
Bousquet accepts all major credit cards, cash and Bousquet Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.
Is entering my credit card information online safe?
Yes. Your information is transmitted using advanced security protocols, and in fact is safer than handing your card off to a third party in a restaurant or department store.
May I use a Bousquet Gift Card to purchase my Season Pass?
Yes, Bousquet Gift Cards are the same as cash. Gift Cards may be applied to your Season Pass purchase, lift ticket or any other purchase, excluding alcohol, at the ticket window or cafeteria (not valid with online orders).
Purchase and Refund Policies
If I purchase a Bousquet Season Pass and then for some reason am unable to use it, or even pick it up, can I get a refund or credit?
Bousquet Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season. Medical exceptions are made at the discretion of our Senior Management.
Can I get a refund or credit on anything else purchased through Bousquet’s online store?
No refunds or credits will be issued for purchases from Bousquet. Please be aware of weather or other factors that may influence your decision to purchase.
How can I cancel an order?
All orders are final. Once your order is shipped your payment will be processed.
I pre-purchased lift tickets on my Access Pass but was not able to use them this season. Can I apply those lift tickets to next season?
All lift tickets purchased are valid for the current season only, unless otherwise stated. An instance of a product purchased this year that would be valid next season would be a “Ski March Free” season pass, which would be valid from the time of purchase this season, through all of the next season.
What if I lose or forget Access Pass?
If you lose or forget your pass, Bousquet will reissue you a new season pass. There is a $5 processing fee for lost season passes, plus the cost of a new Acess Pass card, which is $5. Lost season passes will cost a total of $10 to replace, while an Access Pass is only $5. Simply bring a photo ID with you to the Ticket Window in the Base Lodge.
How do I know which age/price range I am in if I’m on the cusp?
We determine the appropriate age category based on your age as of December 31.
Do I get a free Season Pass for my child that is under 5 years old?
No, but Bousquet does offer a 4 and under day lift ticket, see pricing for details.
Can I get a quantity discount on a large corporate pass order and attach names to them later?
Season Passes are tied to individual names and photos from the moment of purchase, and cannot be assigned later. However, for corporate entertainment you may wish to consider the Stratton Transferable Pass, which is always valid for anyone to use or lend out for use at any time.
